Customer Support Coordinator (Spare Parts) – Changi

12-Month Contract | ? $3,800/month

What You’ll Do:

Manage customer orders from start to finish—review, process, and track efficiently.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and quality teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Troubleshoot order issues and prioritize urgent tasks.
Monitor complex or high-priority orders to keep them on track.
Handle customer claims and returns with care.
Work with internal teams to balance demand and supply.
Suggest improvements and contribute to continuous process enhancements.

What We’re Looking For:

2–4 years’ experience in customer support, program coordination, or similar roles.
Familiar with warehouse operations and ERP systems.
Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and concise.
Able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus:

Diploma or Degree in Business or a related field.
