Our client is a well-established local business specializing in Real Estate and Property Management.
What you'll be doing?- Strategy Development: Formulate innovative leasing strategies to achieve the desired trade mix, keeping the retail space vibrant and competitive.
- Tenant Management: Handle all aspects of the leasing process, from initial inquiries to lease renewals, ensuring smooth operations and satisfied tenants.
- Marketing Initiatives: Contribute to the creation of engaging marketing collateral and circulars, helping to attract and retain top-quality tenants.
- Industry Insights: Stay informed about the latest retail trends, providing valuable input to keep the property at the forefront of the market.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare and monitor annual budgets and financial reports, contributing to the property's overall performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support marketing events and strengthen tenant relations, fostering a cohesive work environment.
- Educational Background: Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a relevant field. We welcome applications from individuals with diverse educational backgrounds.
- Experience: Ideally, 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position. However, candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply if they demonstrate strong potential and enthusiasm for the role.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, essential for effective interaction with tenants, colleagues, and stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and systematic approach to resolving problems, with the ability to work within tight timelines.
