Job Description
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.
  • Manage new employee ID issuance and thumbprint registration.
  • Maintain and update workers’ dormitory listings, handling check-ins and check-outs accurately.
  • Key in monthly utilities orders, subcontractor manpower reports, and overtime timesheets.
  • Assist in reviewing staff claims, including medical, petrol, and meal reimbursements.
  • Handle monthly stationery and pantry orders.
  • Cover reception duties as required.
  • Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned by department manager.
Job Requirements
  • GCE ‘N’/‘O’/‘A’ Level or Polytechnic/ITE Diploma.
  • Positive, people-oriented attitude with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.
  • Meticulous, process-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR documentation.
  • Prior HR experience or internship is a plus but not required.
  • Able to start work on short notice.
