Digital Product Manager – Sleep Segment

You will be responsible for spearheading the end-to-end development and strategic management of our new digital application, focused on the Sleep Segment. You will drive the app's aggressive and strategic shift to digital engagement, ensuring a consistent user experience across the Southeast Asia region.

Your role will involve planning, organizing, executing, and measuring product development and marketing initiatives to generate increasing user adoption, engagement, and ultimately, business growth, in partnership with sales, marketing, and business development teams.

You will also lead and drive the app's product lifecycle management in terms of market opportunities, user experience, feature prioritization, monetization strategies, and product roadmap to increase revenue and profitability in Southeast Asia.

Specifically, you will:

  • Define, drive, and implement the overall product strategy for the new app, including features, user flows, content, and the go-to-market plan.
  • Lead the app's development lifecycle, working closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams. Measure, assess, and report performance of the app with defined ROI, user engagement, and product KPIs.
  • Drive the development of the app's brand strategy and user positioning. Design and execute launch campaigns, track their performance, and iterate or refresh as appropriate.
  • Translate the Group’s strategic business goals into regional and country-specific app engagement and monetization targets, setting key performance metrics.
  • Scan the operating environment, competitors’ app offerings, and customer demand, keeping up with developments in the medical equipment and digital health space to identify new app features and business opportunities.
  • Drive the identification and implementation of new technologies and features within the app to enhance user experience, improve business outcomes, and streamline customer service and business processes.
  • Drive and oversee the training for sales, marketing, and clinical application staff on the app's functionalities, while also supporting customers and users on an ongoing basis, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the region.
  • Manage suppliers and partners involved in the app's development and maintenance, maintaining mutually beneficial relations with them while securing a good margin for the company.

Qualifications

You should possess a Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, and have a minimum of 8 years of marketing and/or product management experience with a proven track record in digital product development (preferably apps) and Go-To-Market planning and implementation in the Southeast Asia region, preferably in the medical products or consumer healthcare sector.

To succeed in this role, you should be digitally savvy, data-driven, and conversant in the range of digital product development methodologies as well as be strategic, with a growth mindset, be result-driven, and demonstrate strong ownership and initiative with strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
