Job Summary

The Operations Executive plays a dual role in managing credit-related processes and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. The role involves credit analysis, loan administration, compliance checks, and general office coordination to support the firm’s financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Credit Operations:

  • Evaluate credit applications by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and client backgrounds.
  • Assist in loan processing, documentation, disbursements, and repayment tracking.
  • Monitor credit portfolios and flag potential risks or delinquencies.
  • Ensure compliance with MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulations and internal policies.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain and organize client records, loan agreements, and credit files.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and coordination with clients, banks, and internal teams.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and audit documentation.
  • Support office operations, including procurement, vendor management, and ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in credit operations, loan administration, or financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and loan management systems.
  • Knowledge of MAS regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
