As an Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth daily functioning of the hotel by coordinating and supervising all Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operational departments. Act as a key support to the Operations Manager, this role combines hands-on involvement, supervisory leadership, and a keen eye for details to ensure all aspects of the guest experience meet the highest standards.

During 1st year, you will gain exposure to:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Food & Beverage (F&B), Front Office, and Security to ensure top-tier service.
  • Manage check-in/check-out procedures, Service Centre operation, VIP arrivals, lobby upkeep, and guest requests for a seamless experience.
  • Coordinate closely with Culinary and F&B teams to maintain timely communication, outlet readiness, inventory control, and presentation standards.
  • Plan and execute events and group functions with flawless service.
  • Lead service teams and promptly address guest needs or complaints.
  • Supervise security teams to ensure adherence to emergency protocols, patrol duties, and safety measures.
  • Ensure security teams are briefed on VIPs, special events, and high-risk zones; participate in drills and support incident response.
  • Review and act on incident reports, collaborate with relevant teams during emergencies, and assist with enforcing safety and evacuation procedures.
  • Support on-the-job training (OJT) for new hires, ensuring they’re set up for success and prepared to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), brand guidelines, and health & safety regulations.
  • Identify service gaps and recommend workflow improvements that will elevate guest satisfaction and streamline operations.
  • Prepare reports with recommendations for operational improvements.

During 2nd year, you will gain exposure to:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Engineering & Sustainability, Housekeeping and Stewarding to guarantee the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Oversee the cleanliness, presentation, and service quality in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house, making sure everything meets the highest standards
  • Assist with deep cleaning schedules and special housekeeping project
  • Perform inspections to ensure rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, safe, and operational at all times.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and handle key areas like silicone work, grouting, and room releases during high-demand periods.
  • Monitor energy-saving efforts and monitor utility system efficiency, supporting sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
  • Manage the Fire Command Centre (FCC) and ensure full regulatory compliance and emergency preparedness across the property.
  • Conduct regular audits and spot checks to guarantee safety and operational standards are consistently met.
  • Mentor, and train staff across departments, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture
  • Contribute to on-the-job training (OJT) for new hires, ensuring they’re set up for success and prepared to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervise teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time, with attention to detail, quality control, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
