Investment Analyst / Associate

• Qualitative and quantitative analysis of investment opportunities in the energy transition domain across Southeast Asia
• Construction and maintenance of detailed financial models and cash flow valuations for renewable energy projects
• Support of due diligence work streams, transaction documentation and overall transaction execution for proposed investments
• Preparation of investment materials, internal memoranda and other transaction documents
• In-depth research in respect of relevant geographies, technologies and business models
• Contribute to business development and project development activities of the various projects under assessment
• Review of portfolio performances, valuation of platforms and analysis of results for stakeholders

Assist with preparing marketing collaterals and investors’ due diligence processes for fundraising activities

• Strong academic credentials in business / economics / engineering and mastery of relevant corporate finance (valuation, budgeting, accounting etc.) concepts
• 2 - 5 years of experience in project development, banking, corporate finance, M&A, private equity or consulting; experience in the renewable energy and energy transition industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with the ability to build complex financial models
• Excellent communication skills in English, additional fluency in an Asian language is a plus
• Highly structured, detail-oriented and motivated self-starter
