Toko Warisan is one of Singapore’s fastest-growing halal retail brands serving the modern Muslim community. As we continue to strengthen our retail presence and customer experience, we are expanding our Retail Operations Department and hiring across multiple levels from entry to leadership.

Whether you join us as a Retail Assistant, Cashier, Supervisor, or Retail Operations Manager, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, keeping our outlets running smoothly, and supporting our community with quality halal products.

1. Retail Operations Assistant / Cashier

For individuals starting out in retail or with 1–2 years of experience.

Key duties include:

• Customer service and product support
• Operating POS systems
• Receiving, replenishing and maintaining store displays
• Conducting stock checks, expiry checks & housekeeping
• Supporting promotions at the cashier counter

1. Retail Supervisor / Senior Retail Assistant

For those with 2–3 years of supervisory experience.

Key duties include:

• Leading daily store operations
• Supervising retail staff and guiding new hires
• Handling escalated customer matters
• Ensuring SOP compliance and efficient floor management
• Supporting inventory accuracy and operational improvements

1. Assistant Retail Operations Manager / Retail Operations Manager

For experienced retail leaders with strong operational acumen.

Key duties include:

• Overseeing multiple outlets and driving operational KPIs
• Reviewing weekly/monthly sales performance
• Leading, mentoring and evaluating store teams
• Implementing promotions, merchandising and outlet productivity plans
• Planning manpower and ensuring seamless operations
• Conducting interviews, trainings and performance reviews

• Retail Assistant / Cashier: Secondary level
• Supervisor: Nitec / Diploma preferred
• Assistant Manager & Operations Manager: Diploma and above

Salary commensurate with experience and job level.
