Position: Junior Sous Chef

RedDot BrewHouse, Singapore’s pioneering craft brewery and restaurant, is looking for a passionate and driven Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. Situated in the lush greenery of Dempsey Hill, we serve up hearty international cuisine, Singapore-inspired creations, and our very own craft beers – all in a warm, family-friendly environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work closely with management and collaborate as a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Ensure consistent food quality, portion control, and presentation
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal specials
• Monitor inventory and help control food costs and wastage

Who We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of relevant culinary experience in a commercial kitchen
• A team player with a good attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Good communication skills and ability to lead by example
• Passionate about food, service, and creativity

• Work in a unique, nurturing, and close-knit kitchen environment
• Be part of a pioneering brewery restaurant with a strong heritage
