Senior Manager, Credit Control - Pasir Ris

Our client, a leading provider of industrial vehicles is seeking a Senior Manager, Credit Control to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement credit control policies to manage risk and assess customer creditworthiness.
• Oversee collections processes, ensuring timely payments and resolving disputes.
• Lead and mentor the credit control team, driving performance and collaboration with finance and sales.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, identify credit risks, and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in auto finance and property-backed loans.
• Strong knowledge of credit management, financial analysis, collection techniques and legal compliance.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
