Our client, one of the world’s largest private banking groups, is hiring Senior Banker, Private Banking, Relationship Manager.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Banker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, providing sophisticated financial solutions and exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will combine deep banking expertise with strong relationship management skills and a commitment to delivering personalized wealth management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Banker will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. You will develop comprehensive financial strategies tailored to each client's unique goals, including lending solutions, investment management, trust and estate planning coordination, and cash management services.
Building and expanding the client base through networking, referrals, and business development activities will be essential, as will collaborating with internal specialists in investment management, trust services, and credit to deliver integrated solutions.

You will also be expected to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining the highest standards of client confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or related financial services, with a proven track record of managing high-net-worth client relationships and achieving revenue targets
  • Demonstrated experience managing substantial client portfolios with minimum USD 500 million in assets under management (non-leveraged), with a track record of retention and growth
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, lending solutions, trust and estate planning, and tax considerations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with sophisticated clients
  • Demonstrated success in business development and portfolio growth
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degrees (MBA, JD, or related)
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CIMA
  • Established relationships within the high-net-worth community
  • Experience with complex credit structures and alternative investments
  • Fluency in multiple languages
