As a Senior Relationship Manager in the Auto Loans Team, your Key Responsibilities include:
- Relationship management
- Build long-term partnerships with clients in the automotive industry.
- Advisory
- Guide businesses through loan applications,structuring, and approvals.
- Portfolio growth
- Achieve revenue and customer retention goalswhile increasing the portfolio’s profitability through cross-selling andreferrals.
- Stakeholder management
- Work closely with internal teams to ensuresmooth client servicing.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ proven track record in corporate financing, with working knowledge of the automotive industry and in auto loan products like Block Discounting, Floor Stock and Direct facilities
- Degree in Business or Finance related discipline
- Good industry network and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A self-starter and team player
- Results-driven with a passion for helping businesses succeed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
