Job Description:

As a Field Operations Engineer specializing in Submarine Cable Landing Stations, you will be a pivotal member of our team, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our critical submarine cable infrastructure. This hands-on role involves applying your expertise in SDH, DWDM, and Ethernet technologies to manage daily operations, conduct essential network testing, and execute complex project implementations and migrations.

You will be instrumental in troubleshooting intricate issues, adapting quickly to new challenges, and maintaining the high availability of our global network. This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of working independently and contributing significantly to the reliability and performance of our advanced communication systems

4-6 years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
Good understanding and working knowledge of SDH, DWDM / Submarine cable system operations, Ethernet technologies and structured cabling. Should have used and be familiar with SDH/DWDM, Ethernet, OTDR, COTDR network testing equipment.
Networks Project Implementation, migration of circuits/equipment experience.
