HR Processes | Office Management responsibilities:

  • Update Employee Handbook and Policies
  • Prepare Contracts of Employment, review Salary offers (to be approved by GM)
  • Execute and Support HR processes (includes Payroll, Hiring, Onboarding/ Offboarding, Performance Management, Objective Settings, Training and Development, FWA, follow through on MOM obligations, work pass/ foreign employment applications etc.)
  • Provide support in PDPA
  • Submission of statistics & report to government bodies
  • Processing & applying available grants with relevant Government departments
  • Assist in organizing company events & activities
  • Handle contracts and renewals
  • Organize and maintain files on contracts, insurances, patents, licenses, certifications and trademarks
  • Manage efficiency and cost relating to office stationery, pantry requisition, office maintenance, equipment procurement etc.
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance matters for Office, Production and Warehouse
  • Liaise with all facility management vendors (including cleaning, security services, building maintenance)
  • Source, negotiate, select and manage list of preferred vendors for Office & Retail
  • Ensure Health & Workplace Safety standards are met
  • Support IT related matters (Office & Retail) as point of contact, maintaining back-up & disaster recovery plan

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in Human Resource or related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in FMCG/ retail industry preferred
  • Attention to detail and comfortable with commission calculation
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Able to work both independently and as a good team player
