Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Technology Analyst to join our HR systems team. This role supports the smooth daily operation of HR systems, enhances automation, and contributes to projects that improve employee and HR experiences.It is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning continuously, and working at the intersection of people's operations and technology.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the daily operations of HR systems and applications run smoothly and reliably
- Provide support to HR users and internal staff for system-related inquiries
- Maintain and update system documentation and user guides
- Modify existing configurations and automations using established tools and code
- Develop new automation scripts and workflows to improve HR operations
- Perform regular operational tasks such as bill initiation and data audits
- Liaise with vendors to follow up on system issues and enhancement requests
- Participate in new system implementation and enhancement initiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good understanding of APIs and system integration concepts
- Able to read and write Python and SQL code
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
