Job Summary

It is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning continuously, and working at the intersection of people's operations and technology.

• Ensure the daily operations of HR systems and applications run smoothly and reliably
• Provide support to HR users and internal staff for system-related inquiries
• Maintain and update system documentation and user guides
• Modify existing configurations and automations using established tools and code
• Develop new automation scripts and workflows to improve HR operations
• Perform regular operational tasks such as bill initiation and data audits
• Liaise with vendors to follow up on system issues and enhancement requests
• Participate in new system implementation and enhancement initiatives

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of APIs and system integration concepts
• Able to read and write Python and SQL code
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Attentive listener and effective communicator
• Fast learner with a proactive mindset
• Patient and thoughtful in troubleshooting
• Meticulous, with a strong focus on data accuracy and system security
