Operations Assistant 运营助理 (Concrete | Shift Work | Islandwide)

We are seeking a hands-on Operations Assistant. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a hot and dusty environment, and willing to travel to our batching plants across the island.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers on concrete orders and check consistency on-site
• Oversee material pumping and concrete sample-making
• Perform tests to meet project specifications and check on material quality
• Assist with batching and delivery of concrete
• Meet customer needs and ensure on-time delivery
• Assign delivery trips fairly and provide support to nearby plants
• Keep daily production records and ensure accurate delivery details
• Maintain communication for material delivery and conduct checks on terminal conditions
• Report any operational issues and keep the site clean
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min. Secondary education level
• No prior experience is required, training will be provided
• Basic computer knowledge
• Read and communicate in basic English
• Able to work independently and with a positive attitude under tight schedules
• Good team player and hardworking
• Willing to work rotating shifts, and commit to overtime and weekend duties
