Remote Operations Assistant (Invoice & Payroll Management)

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our growing engineering business. This is a remote position with a focus on administrative and financial coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage client invoices
- Track and organize engineer schedules
- Create and issue monthly payslips
- Monitor income and expenses
- Support with other operations-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, basic reporting)
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in invoicing, payroll, or basic bookkeeping is a plus
