Remote Operations Assistant (Invoice & Payroll Management)

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our growing engineering business. This is a remote position with a focus on administrative and financial coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage client invoices
  • Track and organize engineer schedules
  • Create and issue monthly payslips
  • Monitor income and expenses
  • Support with other operations-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, basic reporting)
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in invoicing, payroll, or basic bookkeeping is a plus
