E-commerce Operations Executive

Work hours: 9am - 6pm

About Welive

Through livestream commerce, affiliate marketing, and data-driven strategies, we distribute different brands and help them scale and drive sales across social commerce platforms.

• Ensuring smooth flow for day to day operations
• Optimise stock-ins/outs, restocks of products
• Managing and create product listings, updating prices, photos & details, doing data transformation to fit different sites
• Replying to customer queries, and handling refunds
• Helping to set up promotions & run basic ad campaigns, tracking sales and customer satisfaction of the product
• Coordinating daily warehouse and fulfilment operations, overseeing warehouse support staff, and ensuring inventory accuracy and timely order dispatches
• Other administrative duties assigned by Management

• Strong communication skills
• Responsible and take pride in getting things done right & on time

• Keen eye for detail and problem-solving ability
• Willing to speak up and suggest ideas
• Has leadership skills
• Tech-savvy

• Real-world experience running multi-platform online stores
• Skills in inventory management and campaign set-ups
• Deep understanding of e-commerce tools, platform logistics and data analytics
• Hands-on mentorship from founders & experienced operators
