We are seeking a dynamic HR EXECUTIVE to join our team. The Follwing are the roles and responsiblity ,we are looking for this position.

Handle the full end-to-end-recruitment process inclusive of onboarding and off-boarding (e.g. job posting, coordinate for interviews, preparation of offer letters, new hirers onboarding orientation, exit clearance)
Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and resolving employee issues.
Process payroll accurately and on time, manage employee benefits programs, and handle payroll-related queries
Ensure that the company complies with all employment laws and maintain accurate employee records
Prepare and maintain regular reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover, attendance, and recruitment efficiency.
Support managers in conducting performance reviews and assist with employee development initiatives.

Support performance management and appraisal processes
Prepare HR reports and data analytics to support decision-making
Required to assist and participate in all Company's events, workshops, training & etc.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries.
Organizing and updating personnel files.
Using payroll software (Info-Tech) to process payments and ensure records are updated accurately.
Ensure that the company complies with all employment laws and maintain accurate employee records.
Maintain good relation ship with employees and workers
