IT Support Engineer
About the role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are looking to build a strong foundation in IT support and infrastructure. You will receive on-the-job training and hands-on exposure to desktop support, end-user troubleshooting, and IT operations while working closely with experienced engineers to support our clients’ IT environments.
What you'll be doing- Provide Level 1 IT support for desktop hardware, software, and end-user issues
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows operating systems and standard office applications
- Support and troubleshoot IT peripherals such as printers, scanners, and mobile devices
- Perform basic troubleshooting for network connectivity and user access issues
- Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required
- Maintain proper documentation for support activities and resolutions
- Deliver courteous and customer-focused IT support to end users
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, PC hardware, and common office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills with willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
