Shipping Clerk /Mon -Fri - 9am -5.30pm, Alternate Sat - 9am -1pm /Up $2,500

Provide customer service support via phone and email.
Attend to Customer’s enquires on product, RFQ and deliveries.
Preparing of shipping document and import/export documentation.
Monitor outgoing shipments being delivered, and processing of invoice promptly.
Monitor and ensure incoming shipments being cleared timely.
Extract data for report analysis, perform housekeeping & maintain safe working environment.
At least GCE “O” Level and above with at least 1 year related experience.

Customer Service Executive (Japanese Speaking)/Mon-Fri, 9am-6.30pm /Up $4,500

Daily attend on site for export / import packing and local moving.
Coordination of moving services between customer and packers.
Perform pre-moving survey at site and create quotation.
Liaise with CS for shipment and entry records for the daily job in system.
Min 3 year experience in Customer service
Posses JLPNT N2 to communicate with Japanese-speaking customers and clients.
