Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
- Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with operations teams on material planning and stock control.
- Track purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment and resolve supply issues.
- Maintain procurement records, review documentation, and coordinate with Finance on invoice and payment matters.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives through spend analysis, strategic sourcing, and supplier performance management.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Junior procurement professionals with the relevant skillset are welcome to apply
