Assistant Cook – Boutique Restaurant in Dempsey

We’re looking for an Assistant Cook to join our small, tight-knit kitchen team. Our initimate restaurant focus on well-executed food designed to complement a premium beverage menu.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking dishes in accordance with menu standards
Support the culinary team in maintaining consistency, presentation, and flavour
Keep the kitchen workspace tidy, organized, and hygienic at all times
Monitor kitchen stock levels and assist with inventory checks
Help create dishes that pair elegantly with our beverage selections

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
Familiarity with Chinese cuisine and wok techniques preferred
Enjoy working in a small team with a collaborative spirit
Able to commit to a structured, steady-paced kitchen environment
