Customer Service Officer (Central, Real Estate, Condo) - Toa Payoh

Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9am to 6pm, Sat: 9am to 1pm

Duration: 1 year contract

Salary: Up to $3000 per month

Job Description:

Arrange appointments with owners
Hand over new condominium units to owners
Conduct briefings on the rules and regulations of the estate
Respond to residents' feedback / queries promptly
Liaise with contractors on the internal defects / design of the condominium units
Monitor the progress of defects rectification
Act as a liaison officer for the developer

Requirements:

Experienced in unit handover and defects management, with 2 years of relevant experience.
Diploma-qualified or holds an equivalent certification.
A strong communicator with a customer-first mindset, able to navigate complex situations with ease.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and timelines.
Comfortable working independently, yet a team player with a collaborative attitude.
Team player who is also independent, meticulous and customer service oriented
