HR & Operations Coordinator
Private Advertiser Bedok Full-time
Working hours: Monday to Thursday - 8am to 6pm, Friday - 8am to 5pm.
Salary: $2600 - $2800/month
We are a small and close-knit team looking for a hands-on HR & Operations Executive to support our daily operations and staff management. This role works closely with management, with guidance provided, and offers exposure across HR, operations, and quality functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR matters such as staff records, attendance, leave, basic payroll inputs, and data entry
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding when required (job postings, interviews, staff orientation)
- Act as a point of contact for staff queries and general administrative matters
- Coordinate schedules, documentation, and internal communications
- Support quality assurance processes, including documentation, handling customer feedback, and follow-up on corrective actions
- Assist in basic staff training and upkeep of SOPs
- Handle simple customer enquiries and follow-ups when needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience in QA/QC, including handling customer complaints and preparing corrective/preventive action reports (CPAR)
- Communicates clearly and confidently, and is able to work with supervisors to implement and follow through on corrective actions
- Responsible, organised, and able to manage a variety of tasks with good follow-up
- Comfortable conducting simple, practical training for staff
- Hands-on and willing to support ground operations when required
Additional Notes:
- Workload is manageable due to our small team size, and guidance will be provided
- On rare occasions, you may assist in basic packing duties (e.g. covering staff on leave), which involves working in a non-air-conditioned environment and handling light physical tasks (lifting up to 7–10kg)
