HR Executive (Operations & Employee Relations)

Job Responsibilities

Partner closely with business units to deliver day-to-day HR operational services
Continuously enhance service delivery and progressively take on more complex HR matters with growing independence
Engage actively with stakeholders and employees
Support and manage employee relations matters, including conducting inquiries and liaising with site managers
Work alongside HR leaders to ensure HR operations are aligned with company policies and employment regulations
Contribute to improving employee experience by streamlining processes and driving operational efficiency
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Participate in departmental projects and initiatives
Support the review and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programmes
Assist in employee engagement and recruitment activities
Prepare HR-related documentation and reports, including headcount, staff movement, and manpower cost tracking
Undertake any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Degree in a relevant discipline; candidates with some HR-related exposure or internship experience are welcome to apply
Keen interest in HR operations, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
