• Providing on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair services for a variety of Scientific products and or animal research equipment's
• Performing scheduled maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Documenting all work completed and providing detailed reports to the engineering team
• Collaborating with the design and manufacturing teams to identify and implement improvements
• Maintaining a high level of technical expertise through continuous learning and training
• Adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role
• Background in Scientific products or any the following: pumps, motors, filtration system, membrane system, animal research equipment's is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
