You will report to the Assistant General Manager (Marketing Communications) and assist in driving the malls’ footfall and tenants’ sales through various marketing projects, including online and offline events, contests and campaigns. Your responsibilities will include working with creative agencies, event organizers, and vendors, managing our loyalty program and collaborating with retailers, partners and internal stakeholders.

In addition, you will oversee the management of atrium, pushcart and advertisement spaces, handle administrative duties and address shopper and tenant feedback to continually improve customer experience.

Requirements:

Degree with 4 years of relevant experience in marketing communications in a retail mall environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Suite and Content Management Systems
Meticulous, independent, resourceful and able to multi-task
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Good oral and written communication skills is preferred
Highly energetic, self-motivated and creative team player with a keen eye for details
Willing to work on weekends if necessary
