Responsibilities:

Plan, organise and manage events, including conceptual design, budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, logistics and on-site execution
Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of events within constraints
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events
Provide post-event analysis and reporting to assess the outcome of events, identify areas and make recommendations for future improvements
Stay up-to-date with the latest event management trends and technologies
Manage event contracts, invoices and payments

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, event management or related field
2 years’ relevant work experience in marketing communications or event management
Strong organisational, planning and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with attention to details
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
