Job Summary

Assist to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.

Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies or damages promptly
Prepare and update all warehouse documents and system records in a timely manner to support operational accuracy
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to comply with workplace safety guidelines and regulations
Coordinate with logistics partners and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Use and maintain warehouse equipment responsibly to ensure proper functionality and accountability of company assets
Support peak operations, events, audits, and other ad-hoc tasks as required to meet business needs
Perform any other job duties assigned by management to support overall warehouse functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Knowledge of workplace safety and housekeeping practices is an added advantage
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate willingness to learn new skills
