Requirements:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Process job order taking and data entry related to vehicle breakdown services
- Accurately capture and submit job orders using GPS/CAD systems
- Assign and monitor job status to ensure timely service delivery
- Liaise with contractors when external services are required
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary
- Perform credit card transactions when required
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Responsibilities:
- Minimum ‘N’ Level qualification or above
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Good computer literacy and communication skills
- Service-oriented, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Entry level candidates with positive attitude are welcome to apply as training will be provided
