Looking for highly motivated individuals to join in our project team for performing Project Coordination to support the implementation.
Job Scope for Project Coordinator- Monitor progress to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with Clients to understand their business requirements of our application
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes.
- Assist in draft the Functional Requirement document (System blueprint) that documents the current and to-be processes and provides the Gap/ Fit Analysis Report which documents the customization design and approach
- Help to conduct User Acceptance Training (UAT) for Key users and ensure the system performs up to expectations and is ready for Go-live
- Provide Go-Live Support and post-implementation handholding onsite
- Assist the Project Managers in handling any ad-hoc assignment
