Construction Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Coordinate and monitor construction projects to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, safety standards, and technical specifications. Manage manpower allocation, track progress, mitigate risks, and support sales claims to drive successful project delivery.

• Monitor project progress and work with the team to ensure alignment with contractual requirements and timelines
• Manage and schedule site manpower allocation, reporting updates to office and project leads
• Ensure project teams and subcontractors comply with defined standards and safety regulations
• Track, mitigate, and resolve risk management issues throughout project execution
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to management on assigned projects
• Organize, document, and participate in project meetings to maintain clear communication
• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants to provide effective technical solutions
• Verify that site work is executed according to specifications and drawings
• Support sales by assisting with progressive claims (signed work done) and ensuring contract compliance

• Minimum 2 years of site coordination experience, specifically in healthcare construction projects
• Proven ability to work independently within the construction sector as a project coordinator
• Strong leadership skills to supervise coordinators and foremen effectively

• WSQ certificates such as BCSS and MWAH are advantageous but not mandatory
• Familiar with using Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
