Warehouse Assistant Supervisor/Supervisor

1. To ensure staff comply with operation processes
2. Supervise day-to-day operations ensuring that customer expectations and performance metrics are met or exceeded
3. Responsible for coordinating with Shop-floor Supervisor / Buyer on delivery orders and returns
4. Train employees in all outbound functions according to company procedures
5. Liaise with various departments to resolve any warehouse operation related issues
6. Arrange daily delivery to shop-floor
7. Assign tasks to staff and scheduling
8. Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained
9. Any other duties assigned by superior.

1. Plan overtime base on capacity and requirements
2. Approval of annual leave
3. Proposal of hiring and terminate staffs
4. Generate and monitor daily KPI

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Management
2. Hands-on experience in warehousing will be an added advantage.
3. Good communication skills
4. Ability to deal with people of all levels
5. Able to perform work with minimal supervision
6. Accuracy and speed in performing daily activities
7. Able to operate MHE such as Forklift and Reach Truck
8. Inventory management and reconciliation of errors
9. Location: Changi South Street 2
10. Working Hour: 7AM - 4PM shift, total 4 rest days and 2 off days per month, no guarantee for weekend off/rest
