Job Descriptions :- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoice processing and billing.
- Issue down payment and progress claim invoices for project sales.
- Manage lease agreement billing and ensure accuracy according to contract terms.
- Process credit notes, system decommissioning, and deposit refunds.
- Submit invoices through external portals and coordinate with internal departments.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment status via calls or emails.
- Ensure transactions comply with GST regulations and Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
- Prepare reports, AR aging analysis, and assist with month-end closing.
