  • Ensure audit methodologies, data collection protocols, and reporting standards are consistently applied across projects.
  • Work closely with Business Development and Operations teams to understand client objectives, audit scope, site constraints, and service requirements before and during project execution.
  • Manage, clean, and analyze large datasets related to waste generation, recyclables recovery, and diversion performance.
  • Ensure data integrity, traceability, and consistency across internal systems, dashboards, and client reports.
  • Translate complex operational data into clear, decision‑ready insights through dashboards, charts, and structured reports.
  • Support greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions studies related to waste management activities, including data preparation, calculations, and interpretation of results.
  • Assist in the development of sustainability metrics, benchmarks, and performance indicators for internal tracking and client reporting.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to support the development, testing, and deployment of AI‑driven waste audit and material recognition solutions.
  • Participate in pilot programs, validation exercises, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Support monitoring and analysis of MRF operations, including material inflows and outflows, recovery rates, contamination levels, and process efficiencies.
  • Track recyclables performance and identify data‑led opportunities to improve recovery outcomes and operational effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular project‑level financial and performance updates, including material revenue tracking, operational costs, and variance analysis.
  • Support management reporting by linking operational outcomes with financial and sustainability performance indicators.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, documentation, and coordination across multiple workstreams.
  • Develop presentation materials, technical documentation, and client‑facing deliverables for reviews, proposals, and progress updates.
  • Work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

  • Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications in sustainability, waste management, or project management are advantageous.
  • 3– 5 years of relevant experience in waste management, sustainability consulting, recycling operations, data analytics, or environmental projects.
  • Exposure to waste audits, recyclables tracking, MRF operations, or sustainability reporting is highly advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, charts).
  • Experience with data visualization or reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with sustainability metrics, waste data structures, or emissions accounting is preferred.
  • Interest in or exposure to AI, automation, or digital solutions applied to operational analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
