Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring smooth operations of banking systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance security, efficiency, and innovation.
- Oversee cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and data protection standards.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to support digital banking initiatives and technology-driven solutions.
- Ensure high availability of core banking applications and timely resolution of IT incidents.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in IT governance and risk management.
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, cloud integration, and emerging technology adoption.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience, within banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of core banking systems, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and fintech integration.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
