Our client is a leading global aviation services provider supporting airport and airline operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline customer service support at airport check-in counters
  • Verify passenger identities and travel documentation including passports and visas
  • Assist passengers with special needs and provide support during irregular flight operations
  • Handle customer enquiries and issues related to automated check-in systems
  • Process passenger documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and security procedures, and report any breaches when necessary
  • Coordinate and manage boarding gate operations to ensure smooth and timely flight departures
  • Monitor boarding activities, boarding sequences, and hand baggage collection in accordance with airline requirements
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of boarding passes, passenger manifests, and boarding figures
  • Carry out airline-specific boarding announcements and procedures
  • Update flight information on gate display systems to keep passengers informed
  • Liaise closely with operations teams regarding passenger offloads, no-shows, and baggage handling arrangements
  • Operate passenger loading bridges safely for arriving and departing aircraft
  • Maintain communication with airline representatives and flight crew on operational updates
  • Support any additional operational or ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE N Levels or equivalent and above
  • Prior customer service experience will be advantageous
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle passengers professionally in a fast-paced airport environment
  • Physically fit to assist with passenger baggage when required
