Assistant Lab Technician / Coordinator - Up to $3700 + Bonus - Toa Payoh

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm), Saturday (half day when needed)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,700 + Performance Bonus + 14 days annual leave

Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and calibrating clinical trial instruments and equipment.
- Support the preparation and organization of testing materials and study documentation.
- Recruit, screen, and coordinate study participants in accordance with trial requirements and protocols.
- Schedule and manage study appointments to ensure smooth participant flow.
- Collect and record study data accurately following established procedures.
- Assist in monitoring study procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with project leads, investigators, and other study staff to ensure seamless study operations.
- Maintain proper inventory and storage of study supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE/Diploma in Science
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Candidate without experience or little experience is welcome as full training is provided
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin business associates
