R&D Lab Technician - One North #HHL - Toa Payoh

Location: Solaris @ Fusionopolis, One-North MRT

• Mon – Fri, Office Hours
• Salary: Up to 4,500 per month

• Support professionals in conducting and analyzing lab experiments safely and accurately.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment (Instron, sealant mixing pumps, aging chambers, dispensing guns, etc.).
• Perform application testing independently for silicone sealants and support project management system (PMS) related lab work.
• Assist with formulation mixing, characterizations using analytical equipment, and preparing test reports.
• Ensure laboratory safety, compliance, and 5S standards.
• Manage consumable materials, chemical supplies, equipment calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with sample packaging and shipping.
• Participate actively in safety checks, audits, and team meetings.

• Min. Diploma or higher in Science / Chemistry / Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years’ lab experience in chemicals is preferred.
• Experience in rubber, adhesives, or construction industries will be highly advantageous.
• Experience with analytical equipment is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
