We are a Singapore-based logistics company with a strategic focus on cross-border container transportation and warehousing. Backed by founders with extensive experience in management and strong China-based logistics networks, we are expanding rapidly and looking for a high-caliber Operations & Business Development Executive to join our team under an Employment Pass (E Pass).

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily logistics operations and liaise with suppliers and transport partners
• Coordinate cross-border shipment schedules and documentation
• Leverage our existing China logistics network to expand customer base
• Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients
• Work closely with company directors to streamline operations and explore new business leads

We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Mandarin preferred)
• Strong understanding of Chinese logistics ecosystem or network
• Eligible for E Pass application (we will sponsor)
• Highly independent, driven, and adaptable
• Willing travel to China for work
