What you'll be doing

Manage and maintain clinic facilities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Oversee preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance works to meet operational and quality requirements
Conduct routine inspections and performance reviews of contractors to drive service quality and continuous improvement
Manage vendor contracts and tender processes, including preparation, evaluation, and performance monitoring
Consolidate user requirements and manage facility-related projects to ensure completion within approved budgets and timelines
Maintain proper documentation and administrative records for all maintenance and project works
Assist in maintaining compliance with ESS and OHSAS certifications for facility and safety management
Support new clinic developments, ensuring smooth commissioning and operational readiness
Respond promptly to alarms and critical faults to minimise downtime
Perform other duties as assigned by the department

What we're looking for

Bachelor Degree level in Facilities Management/ Mechanical/ Building Services/ Engineering or related studies
3 – 5 years of working experience in facilities management, preferably within healthcare or institutional environments
Experience in vendor contract management, tender preparation, and project coordination
Strong understanding of building systems maintenance, operational standards, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Able to work independently and respond effectively in operational situations
