Tampines - Clinic Facilities Management Senior Executive (Healthcare)

• Manage and maintain clinic facilities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance works to meet operational and quality requirements
• Conduct routine inspections and performance reviews of contractors to drive service quality and continuous improvement
• Manage vendor contracts and tender processes, including preparation, evaluation, and performance monitoring
• Consolidate user requirements and manage facility-related projects to ensure completion within approved budgets and timelines
• Maintain proper documentation and administrative records for all maintenance and project works
• Assist in maintaining compliance with ESS and OHSAS certifications for facility and safety management
• Support new clinic developments, ensuring smooth commissioning and operational readiness
• Respond promptly to alarms and critical faults to minimise downtime
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department

• Bachelor Degree level in Facilities Management/ Mechanical/ Building Services/ Engineering or related studies
• 3 – 5 years of working experience in facilities management, preferably within healthcare or institutional environments
• Experience in vendor contract management, tender preparation, and project coordination
• Strong understanding of building systems maintenance, operational standards, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and respond effectively in operational situations
