Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical repairs, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for coffee machines, addressing both mechanical and electronic components.
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support, including machine troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational guidance.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Work closely with the technical team to identify recurring issues and collaborate on potential solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries, offering clear instructions and assistance on machine usage.
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and customer interactions.
- Offer technical expertise to the sales team during customer consultations and product recommendations.
- Keep up to date with advancements in coffee machine technology and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (electronics, mechanics, or related) or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Proven experience in repairing and maintaining coffee machines or similar appliances.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of imaging technology is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally for technical support when required.
