Order Management Specialist (Retail) (ID: 692355)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with production facilities and partners to ensure timely order confirmation and adherence to monthly order cycle timelines.
• Monitor daily order statuses, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to mitigate production and delivery issues.
• Track production progress and escalate delays by using WIP tracking and relevant management tools.
• Manage order modifications and keep the system updated with accurate information.
• Generate operational reports for enhanced visibility and performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in order management or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail along with proficient data analysis skills.
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive in problem-solving and experienced in effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
