Job Scope:

• Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) transaction including order entry, order confirmation, and shipment coordination
• Provide frontline customer support by managing order enquiries, delivery coordination, stock checks, and complaint resolution.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Distribution, Sales teams, distributors, and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery
• Prepare and manage export shipping documentation such as Certificate of Origin (COO), Certificate of Conformity (COC), Commercial Invoice, Packing List in compliance with GST and audit requirements
• Generate and track open sales orders and backlog reports, following up closely on delivery commitments
• Use SAP and CRM systems for order processing, quotations, pricing approvals, customer setup, and sample orders
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external customers to resolve issues efficiently

Job Requirements:

• Relevant 2-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or sales operations
• Familiar with export documentation (COO, COC); trade or logistics exposure is an advantage
• Good experience with SAP system / order processing modules preferred
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and also a good team player
