Job description:
Responsibilities- Collect, sort and deliver linens, towels and staff uniforms while maintaining accurate inventory and usage records.
- Replenish housekeeping supplies and amenities in pantries and trolleys.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of corridors and back-of-house areas.
- Report any damages or maintenance needs and liaise with relevant departments to follow-up on work orders.
- Coordinate housekeeping communications, ensuring guest and staff requests are recorded, followed up and promptly completed.
- Operate housekeeping systems (e.g. Opera, SAP, Stayplease) to manage inventory, requests and reporting.
- Manage Lost & Found items in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Adhere to grooming, safety, and hygiene standards, and perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Team player with positive attitude and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use basic computer applications.
- Strong organisational, coordination and record-keeping skills
- Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
