Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales transactions, and contributing to the overall success of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Provide knowledgeable and informative product information to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Sales:

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Participate in sales promotions and events.
• Provide product demonstrations and recommendations.
• Able to travel for business trips
• Assist Sales Director with admin work

Teamwork:

• Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve common goals.
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
• Provide support to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
