Job Description:
- Assist the CEO and Director of the company in responding to emails from the customer
- Assist in sales by generating and following up on business leads
- Identify potential customers, reach out to them with business proposal etc
- Follow-up via emails and phone calls and assist with enquiries
- Support client acquisition and retention by understanding customer requirements
- Work closely with the Sales Support team in a fast-paced environment to execute sales activities
- Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and answering phone calls
Requirements :
- No specific technical knowledge or skill is expected in this role . If have Technical knowledge of telecommunication equipment or IT will be an added advantage
- Has to be driven, resourceful and collaborative
- Diploma or Degree in electrical or electronics. Entry level can apply
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
