Job Overview
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our international education initiatives. Based in Singapore, you will assist with planning and executing cross-border projects related to study abroad programs and academic partnerships.Your responsibilities include tracking project timelines, coordinating communications with partner schools and vendors, and helping to implement strategic initiatives from the leadership team. You will work closely with our CEO in Shanghai and a diverse, multicultural team in Singapore to ensure that project deliverables are met on schedule.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, motivated junior- to mid-level professional to gain valuable experience in the global education sector and expand their professional network through regional travel.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the coordination and execution of cross-border education projects, including study abroad and academic partnership programs
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Communicate regularly with partner schools, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives by preparing materials, coordinating team efforts, and following up on action items
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations (both virtual and in-person) as needed
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for project-related trips within Southeast Asia
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment with colleagues and partners from diverse backgrounds
- Willingness to travel occasionally (short trips within Southeast Asia) as required
- Must be authorized to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred)
- Experience or familiarity with the international education sector (e.g., study abroad or academic programs)
- Formal training or experience in project management (such as coursework or certification)
- Exposure to Chinese business culture or Mandarin language ability is a plus
- Any background in academic administration, student mobility, or cross-border collaboration
